Wood Sculpture

“Face to Face”

My sculptures are a lifelong fascination with cultures and forms. This fascination, present even in my earliest memories, has influenced my personal, academic and professional pursuit, but most significantly, my work.

Expressions and faces are thrown together into an ethnic world. I have always been interested in the human roots, with its different characteristics and visual meaning.

The idea flows to created concepts and sensations, and organic forms dance at the sound of my feelings, then the passion within me transforms the way I look at things.

The shapes originate in life to begin a natural and spontaneous transformation.

Mother nature is one more time showing its power through the essence of art.

In an easy language, my sculptures are a manifestation of my inner depths: myself inside out.

The creative passion is one of the purest human realizations, without it we could not live.
